Welcome to Kuchu Puchu Bookstore ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or making a purchase on our website (https://kuchu-puchu.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Digital PDF Book Purchases

  • Kuchu Puchu Bookstore provides authorized digital PDF books.
  • All purchases are completed as guest checkouts. No user accounts or password registrations are required.
  • Upon admin verification of your manual UPI payment, a secure 48-hour download link will be delivered to your provided email address.

2. Manual UPI Payment Verification

  • Customers are required to pay the exact order total via UPI and provide a valid 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number and a clear payment screenshot.
  • Orders remain in PENDING status until verified by an administrator against official bank records.
  • Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent UTR numbers will result in immediate rejection of the order and blacklisting from future purchases.

3. License & Intellectual Property

  • All books purchased on Kuchu Puchu Bookstore are protected by copyright laws.
  • Purchase of a PDF title grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for single-user reading.
  • You may not re-sell, redistribute, share, upload to public file-sharing networks, or commercially exploit any purchased PDF file.

4. Download Token Expiration & Re-issuance

  • Download links expire 48 hours after issuance.
  • If your link expires before you save the PDF file to your device, you may request a new link at any time using our Track Order page or by raising a support ticket.
