Thank you for purchasing digital PDF books at Kuchu Puchu Bookstore.

1. Digital Product Policy

All items sold on Kuchu Puchu Bookstore are digital PDF downloads. Because digital products can be immediately downloaded and stored upon link delivery, all sales are generally final once the download link is generated and delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You are entitled to a full refund or re-issued order in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Charges: You accidentally placed and paid for duplicate orders for the same book.
  2. Payment Unverified / Rejected: If your payment cannot be verified or matched against our bank records, your order is rejected and no charges are captured by us.
  3. Non-Delivery / Technical Failure: If your payment was verified but you did not receive a download link within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to deliver your purchased file.

3. How to Request a Refund or Support

If you experience any issues with your payment or download link:

  1. Visit our Contact Page.
  2. Fill out the Raise a Support Request form with your email, subject, and UTR / Order Number.
  3. Our support team will review your payment screenshot and bank record, and process your refund or re-issue your download link within 1 working day.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original UPI account or bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
