  • UPI UTR / Reference Number: Used to manually verify your payment against our bank records.
  • Payment Screenshot: Uploaded voluntarily at checkout as verification evidence.

2. Retention Policy for Payment Screenshots

Payment screenshots uploaded during checkout are retained securely for a maximum of 30 days for audit and reconciliation purposes. After 30 days, screenshot files are automatically purged from our storage servers, while your basic order transaction record remains safely logged in our database.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:

  • Verifying manual UPI payments against official bank statements.
  • Generating and emailing secure, expiring PDF download links.
  • Responding to customer support tickets raised on our Contact page.
  • Preventing fraudulent transactions or duplicate UTR submissions.

We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties or advertising networks.

4. Security & File Storage

  • Download Tokens: Download links are hashed using SHA-256 before being stored in our database. Raw download links are never stored in cleartext.
  • PDF Storage: All digital PDF files reside in private storage buckets and are accessible only via short-lived, signed URLs.
